Technology with a Mission

We do not believe in closed systems. Our architecture is based on global standards and the conviction that patient safety comes before licensing fees.

The technological foundation of Voice-to-FHIR® was inspired by the pioneering work of Paul Galjan (Dell Technologies). His approach to adapting modern language models for medical use forms the basis of our logic.

The Challenge

Patient Safety Through Data Quality

In modern medicine, approximately 18% of medical errors are caused by inadequate documentation. Manual processes are prone to errors and time-consuming.

We are developing voice to fhir® to automate this process without compromising medical oversight. By adhering to university standards, we are creating a solution that addresses the root causes of errors.

We are currently in the “reality check” phase. The technical foundation is in place—now we are working with experts in the field to assess whether this project has the potential to move into a clinical pilot phase.

Our drive: reduce documentation burden, maximize patient safety.
